But it is not the best venue I’d say for a quick and last minute planned trip for just a day or two.

If I had the time, go stay near Coeur d’Alene and go to GW Hunters for dinner, get a gooey at the resort and hope for good weather for some good bike rides.

But alas just one or two days, not a lot of Airbnb options. Of course flights would be cheaper from the west relatively.
