I enjoy a little commute to be able to unwind from the work day

Whether you like commutes or not, always take the better house.

Your surroundings and your environment have a much bigger impact on you than you realize.

For me, living in a crappier house would be torture knowing I could afford a much nicer one in a different zip code.
