Is he is a very low risk aquisition. His ceiling as a dual threat franchise QB is very high. And at worst he ends up as a back-up QB, special team player, RB, TE/receiver, etc.

I see plenty of teams willing to take a solid gamble on him because if he's a QB bust, you will still get your money out of him like Sean Peyton has.

With that being said I think the Saints know his value more than any team and may have to more pay for it than just first round tender money.
