I turned off the lane departure and distance warnings, too obnoxious every 15 seconds during a commute, even though it still records those events as well as when it detects a jolt or collision. Overall, for what I want it for it works just fine. It meets my needs. And it only cost $48 at the time, which is a plus.

Haven't had to use it yet to provide evidence in an accident, which is why I bought it.
