Bambara is always excellent. For upscale, it's my go to.
The tasting menu at TableX is supposed to be stellar but I haven't been there yet.
Takashi is also /excellent/ Japanese and superior sushi. It's always a hit, even with coastal clients who can't believe they're eating sushi in Utah.
