Isn't that how the line moves? Betting for or against an event happening?

If lots of people starting betting BYU to win at 15:1 the line would move down. If more people bet BYU won't win a title the odds go higher, like 50:1. Then Vegas tries to get exactly half of the people on each side of the bet, and makes their money on the 5% fee.

Yep. Even San Diego State is 20/1. BYU is 80/1.
