They weren't really a trio. Chatman graduated in 88. That 88 team was
loaded with the big 3 of Smith, Chatman, Usevitch, and then Brian Taylor, and then sophomores Haws and Toolson. Got up to a #2 ranking but dissapointed in the NCAA with a second round loss to Louisville. UTEP also beat us twice by 3 points, final game of year and in WAC tourney.
