mediocre WCC team. I went to a few games. Less than a thousand fans attended. Starting with Monson and now Few, the team has been successful and lots of people have become fans. So they've got on the bandwagon of success and haven't had to endure the ugly years when the team is down. GU students have only lived long enough to know the Zags success. So there is some truth to what you say.
