It is too foodie and hipster for my tastes. Too expensive and the portions were too small. But everything is organic and locally sourced!. Yeah, don't care. There was very little parking so I guess they want you to either walk to the restaurant from the nearest Trax station or arrive by hot air balloon or something. There was still a 30 min wait to be seated at 11:30am on a Saturday.

Give me The Original Pancake House over SLB&L any day.

Side note: Quinoa has no place in hash browns. As a native Idahoan I consider this an abomination.
