For the application process they have you enter in the classes you plan to take your senior year.  I think it is very helpful to list AP courses and other honors classes.  Not sure if the academic plan for senior year would be much of a boost for admissions as it really doesn't affect the GPA stats for consideration; however, a difficult load during senior year does prepare the student better for rigourous studies and also shows the admissions committe that you are motivated. 

You will also need to submit proof that what you stated in your application is accurate by submitting your transcripts after graduation from high school.
