In my experience, those type of deals are becoming less and less common.
I think they internet has changed things. The dealerships don't care if you walk because they really aren't making that much off of you anyway.
They move on to the next guy and churn out another 500 cars that month.
They have to advertise really low to even get you in the door so there's not as much room once you get there.
