Their fan base purchases season tickets at the smaller schools in the conference and then use their season ticket status to get first dibs on said schools WCC tourney ticket allotment. No matter when they go on sale they are some of the first in line for the chance to buy.
When you don't have a football program to support its really not even an unreasonable cost either. Some of those season tickets are close to what the schools charge for a single game ticket when BYU and Gonzaga come to town in the first place so its a wash if you plan to travel to that game anyways.
