If any of what they are saying is true then they could use it for good as well. Why can't they send electromagnetic impulses that are known to promote fighting disease, preventing desires for drugs and alcohol, being happy, loving and kind to others.

This is what I believe the most out of this video...the 3 or so times I heard them say "don't believe me" and I stopped there...

Could some of what they say be true about it having some health effects? I do believe it could...but to what extent? Probably less than they claim.
