My dad and I were at the Kennel in 2016 to watch BYU take on the 25th ranked Zags. We were stoked to be there but admittedly a little intimidated as we didn't see any BYU fans apart from a little family section sitting by the team. After a few cougar buckets we were cheering all by ourselves having a great time, while expecting a loss (tough to win in the kennel). The guy in front of us asks us to quit cheering as it was hurting his wife's ears. It made us a little uncomfortable but we felt like they were trying to manipulate us plus...BYU. So we continue having a good time cheering and every time Gonzaga would score she would look back with the smuggest smirk clapping loudly all the way. Once Nate Austin sealed the game with his block that couple took off and didn't even glance in our direction. Go Cougs!
