I've simplified the truck down to just a box here to try and better understand the proposal. If I understand you correctly, the idea is to have some kind of device that reduces the pressure (P_DF) on the front side (left in my sketch), but not the back, resulting in a net forward force where all of the external force comes from atmospheric pressure (P_atm)?
