i used to see clips of it show up in our scene it DVD game and the clips were so bizarre... but maybe i'm missing out on some sort of classic. But i've found that if you aren't in on the classic originally when it first became a classic its hard to go back and watch it later and get the same effect/experience. Especially if people remember liking something as a child and rave about it but its not as great later in life watching with fresh eyes. So i will probably never see that movie.
