Pretty simple really. Italy is not the US. Italy is a poor country
Full of smokers, a poor Healthcare system and the 2nd oldest population on earth.
But the more important point, it doesn't kill/maim kids and I'm pretty sure a huge number of people already have it. May as well get the immunities now.
