Everyone is pointing to S Korea as the success story because they tested everyone, but what about Japan?
They’ve kept testing eligibility requirements very strict, have only canceled grade school for 3 weeks, other businesses remain open but telework is encouraged if possible, and yet the situation remains very controlled.

You could say they’re hiding the real numbers by not testing everyone, but if that’s the case, why aren’t the hospitals maxed out? What’s the difference?
