I bumped into a family WAY back in January from Wuhan

as an optometrist. The ER sent her over without any notice of their travel hx for vision loss.

The whole family was sick. Since MIL sitting behind me arrived 3 weeks prior to waltzing in the office, the health department told me “they were not concerned” as she fell out of the 14 day window.

I got a fever day 14 after seeing them. I recovered quickly. My kids are always bringing stuff and had been sick prior to me seeing her so I don’t know.

Still don’t know if it was. I don’t think she ever got tested, even though we sent her back out to the ER with suspicion of Coronavirus.

I’d really like to take an antibody test when they come out.
