The type of people that go on a cruise are hardly representative of a country's population, no matter
the country.
It's an interesting article, and a point of view to consider. But I'd caution as treating it as gospel truth.
South Korea especially is making an active effort to test more widely, it might be a better proxy than "ship of (relatively) wealthy tourists that received good medical attention".
