That’s true, so I’m this instance I think it makes sense to go with the public
advice to quarantine for 14 days.
Also, any illness is now a currently immunocompromised condition, so even if the symptoms aren’t consistent with known covid-19 symptoms, that person is now at incredibly higher risk. So, they should self isolate for extra caution, and to prevent compromising others with potential illness.
