I was accused of being a fearmonger since January, but I, too, worry we've gone too far. Cancelling church and live sporting activities for a while I agree with. The shutting down of the entire economy. . .I don't know. The costs of that are going to be horrific.

But it's stunning to me how many people are still comparing it to the flu or saying we don't know how many will get this if we do nothing. We do know that there seems to be no limit to the spread, and that thousands are already dying, and many, many more will die in the future.
