BYU '80 Intervention Needed
Anyone care to explain
Why we trust people to visit businesses considered to be essential despite the risks of transmission but not for other businesses. Those businesses are certainly vital for the wellbeing of their employees and customers.

So in a sense we are valuing above all danger, people’s need to have toilet paper or perhaps less useful items. They don’t check your shopping cart for essential items.

Yet we can’t have a conversation about how many deaths are acceptable or a comparison with this and other forms of death and the impact on the economy.

Is someone’s need to visit a pet store to buy food for a pet important enough to risk transmission? They are open if you haven’t checked. So a pets ability to eat is more important than someone’s need to have a job. The decision making here is mind boggling
