100-150 cases can turn into 5000+ cases in a week or two.  At what point do you start doing something?  Unprecedented times for sure.  I surely don't know the answers.  But the fact that every nation is doing roughly the same thing regardless of political or cultural background shows that it's probably a bigger problem than the common flu
