The manufacturing is in China for cost reasons. You'd have to offset that cost or pay more. Where Bernie is on to something is looking at the total cost of healthcare and education (which have long since outpaced income growth in America).

So for security reasons, bring that manufacturing closer - maybe the US, or maybe Mexico, or Puerto Rico. But dig into total costs of services/goods because without that we'll be paying an arm and a leg for an arm pill.
