Yep usually they say you can get 0% interest OR they will give you the $10000ish
cash back with is the better deal overall. Its usually one or the other though. loan rates are pretty low right now so I would take the cash

Also depends on if they have captive finance or not. If captive finance then yes they can bait and switch with price
