I think they are turning a corner, but it's not true that they had fewer deaths
for three consecutive days as you stated, 743 deaths today vs 601 yesterday.

Washington had 15 deaths yesterday and no report yet for today.

that would mean they are stabilizing. their "new" death rate has been 10-15 for a few days now
