and highlight the Fed stimulus. Whatever happened to the tax reform for Utah? Whatever happened to the adjustment for Utahns when the state failed to adopt the Federal tax reform into their own calculations? They say they'll dip into their rainy day fund to help with covid containment measures. They should exhaust their rainy day fund completely to boost utah businesses and individuals after very prolonged shutdown phases (too long imo). It's been so frustrating to see states put debilitating measures in place that hurt businesses and individuals, and then fail to put up proper $ of their own to make any remedy for their shutdowns. So yeah theres my rant.
