A bunch of other non-serious offenses were turned into book only and release instead of a bond. So what I mean is your local county jail lock up probably is running low census right now but I didn’t mean to say all prisoners have been released, I’m sure the prisons are still full. I would consider being pulled over for violating the stay at home order to be a non-major offense.
