Biggest takeaway from Instagram during this quarantine is that you don't have to know how to do a proper pushup to
obtain a fitness instructor certification.
So many pushup challenges going on right now and every skinny chick with no upper body strength is brag-posting their wide-armed half rep (chest nowhere near the floor) disasters
