The amount of video and film they have put together (heck they even have video of the one gal who SPOILER got her arm bitten off right as they were responding) and the way they provide a mirror between the breeders and the sanctuary lady is really well done. They also did an amazing job creating an escalating narrative that built with each episode.

Each episode is a further layer peeled back of one of the freakiest onions I've ever witnessed and at times it defies logic that it could be real. I had to pause it multiple times, turn to my wife and just shake my head and state "There's no way this isn't fake or all acting...but it is real life. It's unbelievable...but it's real."
