The hospital is a ghost town with respect to patients other than a few, VERY FEW, in ICU. ICU has lots of open beds. Yes, they are worried about a POTENTIAL of shortages IF the virus gets out of control. As of now...VIRTUALLY NOTHING.
Instead of considering locking the state down - looking at you Governor Herbert and Mayor Mendenhall (SLC) - we should be looking at opening areas up instead.
