Thats what I'm trying to understand too - get a CARES loan, and if biz revenues
dont go down, you essentially saved yourself 2.5 months of rent and team expense since the government wouldnt be requiring repayment?

If so, why wouldnt a business do that and essentially fortify their financial situation in case revenues do go down in the coming months?
