If catching fish but not eating them is your goal then Utah Lake is the best (carp). Deer Creek if you want trout.

Those Cutts dont tolerate warm water. They go deep pretty soon after ice-off.

Upper Provo River. I prefer river fishing but I haven't done it it forever.
