I haven't tried all other available options, but for Zoom I have found that its
easier and faster to switch between tabs, audio files, or other programs when sharing the screen, and giving students control of the screen and an ability to write and design things for everyone else to see during class has been a gamechanger for me. The private chatroom function is a bit clunky but still functions well enough and isn't available for all systems.
