Reusing PPE is also not necessarily "going without". When people say that there is "no PPE" people get the impression that Drs and Nurses are walking around treating people with nothing on. Just not the case.
N95s probably never needed to be one time use, anyway. Unless you are participating in an aerosolizing treatment.
