There are still too many unknowns to predict the final toll in lives of COVID-19.  As it migrates through the southern hemisphere it could even recycle back through the US and other countries similar to the Spanish Flu of 1918.  However, using China for comparison (new COVID-19 infections have essentially been arrested):

Total Population = 981,000,000

COVID-19 Deaths = 3,300

Chances of Having Died from COVID-19 If You Lived in China:   About 1 in 300,000!
