NYC cancelled schools two weeks ago tomorrow. Unbelievably, 21 other states closed schools before we did. And most
private schools in NYC closed well before the government shut down the public schools.
This is a big week for NYC. Let's hope that by Thur or Fri we see some significant improvement in the data....
