I bet you need to add at least a week (if not two) to each of those dates at a minimum.
Sure, MAYBE, you can keep the 30 April. But then I bet social distancing continues at least through May 14, if not May 21. So your timeline is looking more like this:
30 April: businesses back open
May 14 -end USA social distancing
May 28 -airlines resume normal flight schedules
June 30 -church at church buildings resumes
July 21 -BYU spring football game
