by buying the pre-made pie shells that are graham cracker or Oreo. I've thought about doing that at Christmas and making a bunch of them to give to friends and neighbors. I think when I'm just making them for my family I will keep making my own crust and making it in the spring form pans but if I do decide to mass produce for Christmas I'm gonna try using those pre-made pie shells.
Next time try melting chocolate with some heavy cream then pour it over the top and put it back in the fridge to re-set. Just make sure you don't pour the chocolate on hot because it melts the filling. I just heat the cream on the stove and then take it off of the heat to stir in the chocolate to melt it and I keep stirring it until it has cooled down then I pour it over the top.
