Yeah being stuck inside kinda sucks but it is infinitely worse with young kids. I have three under five and trying to keep them all entertained all day long is the worst. We have to explain everyday why they can’t go to their usual activities or why no one can come over. Thank heavens we have a backyard so when the weather is nice they can play outside some. On days when it’s not nice enough to play outside it is unbearable. Luckily the youngest two still usually take naps so at least there is a little bit of a break.

If I was just sitting around with my wife or my wife and grown up kids watching movies and playing games it would be fine. A minor annoyance maybe but that’s it.

When I hear people complain on social media and they don’t have kids or have grown up kids I just don’t think they realize what some of us are going through compared to them.
