Some crazy person added a train horn to their truck and was having fun with it
after midnight two nights ago. That's the only thing I saw on Nextdoor.com.
However, my brother's HOA in NC had some activity after my brother's 2 kids were talking to another kid in front of their house. My brother was so pissed.
