Can't believe governors like Cuomo... So unprepared and complaining and blaming the federal government for their incompetence. The states are the ones that should shoulder most of the blame. This preparation should be made on the state level. So many caught flat footed. I lived back east most of my life. CT, NY, PA, MA, IL, MI, NJ (I understand their incompetence). I now live in Utah in my autumn years. Let's hope Utah overall is better prepared. Only 5 deaths so far. I hope they use some of the state surpluses to better prepare.
