There's an article about well over a hundred bodies needing to be picked up in Guayaquil, and a good friend of mine I stayed with just last month in Samborondón is a doctor, and says they've had several dozen die at their hospital alone that were never officially diagnosed, but died of pneumonia-like diseases.
In France, the government admits that they're only testing and counting those people who are dying at the hospital, not those who die in nursing homes or at their own private homes, and that deaths are therefore significantly higher than official stats show.
A study of several towns in Northern Italy showing the difference in deaths between last year and this year at the same time indicates that 2-5 times as many people are really dying of the illness (depending on the town), relative to what the stats show.
And then there are countries like Iran, where deaths have been remarkably steady at around 150 a day, even while senior clerics, government officials, and military leaders are dying in significant numbers, and mass graves have been dug that can be seen from space. Egypt is also said to be covering up a growing outbreak, and plenty of countries probably can't test for the virus, even if they wanted to.
