you touch them. I wash my hands pretty regularly. I'm careful to wash them after I've touched a door handle (away from my house). I touch my face all the time, but not if I haven't washed my hands first. A little moisture leaks from my eye. I have to wipe it. I get a little itch on my nose, and it DOES NOT go away until I itch it! Sometimes I just wish I'd get sick and get over it, but the media had made me scared of Covid-19.
