Plato Intervention Needed
New to me: Rome has no bad COVID problem. Much like US/NY so far, Italy's

serious outbreak is limited to Lombardy and a little to the neighboring province, 53% of all Italian cases there.  Only 3,200 total cases in the province that contains Rome. I'm sure many of you already knew this, but I hadn't seen the regional info.   Italy did put the entire state underquarantine on March 9, the day after they quarantined the northern provinces, at which date there were 1400 new daily cases in Lombardy, and only 300 in the rest of the country.

I wish we knew what would have happened in those other provinces without such aggression.

Also, daily deaths peaked on March 26, while new daily confirmed cases peaked March 20, only 6 days earlier.  Assuming they continue the current trend.
