Govs shut down the places where social distancing is possible due to wide open spaces.

I live in an urban area, if people just left their apartments and walked around that area social distancing would be impossible. Social distancing at area parks are much more possible.

If you want to allow people to leave their homes but practice social distancing don't close the places where social distancing is actually possible.
