It reminds me of my mission to Chile during the Pinochet regime.
High unemployment. Lots of despair. Stores with half-empty shelves. Never thought I'd see it here.
But, in just a few years after I left, Chile boomed. Lots of business. Huge amount of growth.
There is light at the end of the tunnel. just can't get too panicked.
