shelter in place orders? In other words, once the shelter in place orders end, won't we see another peak?

Or is the idea that there won't necessarily be another peak because enough people will have been exposed, so we will continue on the downward slope?

Or will shelter in place orders need to be kept in place until there is a reliable treatment/vaccine?
