So we're all dead in about two months?

Here's how your numbers look: Let's assume a doubling of deaths every four days.

Four days to 10,000 dead a day.

That means five days from now we're at 20,000 dead (in addition to the minimum of 40,000 who died in between).

So in nine days, we're at 40,000 dead (plus the 120,000 who died since we started using your trajectory and numbers).

Then in 13 days, we're at 80,000 dead (plus the now 280,000 who have died).

Day 17 sees us at 160,000 dead (plus 600,000).

Day 21 and we're up to 320,000 dead (plus the 1,240,000 from before day 21).

Day 25 leaves us with 640,000 dying each day (and don't forget the 2,520,000 up to this point).

Day 29 and we're at 1,280,000 dead (plus 5,080,000).

Then a month from now, on day 33, we have 2,560,000 dying (plus 10,200,000 prior deaths).

Day 37 things are getting serious with more than 5 million dead each day (5,120,000) (in addition to the 20,440,000).

Day 41 and 10,240,000 are dropping each day. The total dead is now 40,920,000.

Day 45, just six and a half weeks from now and more than 20 million are dying (20,480,000). Total deaths is now 81,880,000.

And before we get to day 50, if we believe your numbers are anywhere close to being realistic, we will have seen 163,800,000 people die.

So tell me again how America ceases to exist in just seven weeks?
